Job Description
The
qualified inspector will inspect single and multi family residences,
at and above the standards set by the California Real Estate
Inspectors Association (CREIA). Inspector will deal directly with
realtors, investors and buyers. Villa Home Inspections serves all of
Southern California and therefore will require the inspector to
travel. We offer mileage compensation.
Requirements and
Qualifications
- Formal inspection
training from a qualified school is preferred.
- Membership in CREIA
or ASHI preferable, but not required.
- Candidate should have
his or her own registered and insured vehicle.
- Candidate should have
his or her own digital camera, tools, computer and internet access
as report writing and submission will occasionally be done from
home.
- Candidate must
be clean, presentable,
friendly and easy going and
well spoken with no slang.

Description
Because the majority of our business comes from realtor referrals,
it is very important for our brochures and advertisements to be
readily available at the real estate offices for realtors to recommend
us to their clients.
Duties
include, but are not limited to, dropping off brochures,
advertisements and incentives to local real estate offices. The areas
include the San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles
areas. The West Los Angeles area, Orange County and the Inland Empire
will be as necessary or possible.
Requirements and Qualifications
The right individual will be well mannered, dress presentably
(casual okay) and
be well groomed to visit professional real estate offices. This
individual must have a friendly and outgoing personality and be
willing to speak to complete strangers. It is very important that this
individual know how to read a map book and be able to formulate an
efficient route for delivery. This person must also be detailed and
keep a log of offices visited and pertinent notes. A list of offices
and maps will be provided, with notes from previous visits.
Employee Type: Contractor
Compensation: $10.00 per hour, plus a gas allowance (to be
determined, due to changing gas prices).
