Tony's easy going personality and
expertise makes him a top-notch inspector. He's always in a good
mood and ready to help. With a
background as a General Contractor since 2000, Tony has been in the
construction industry for many years. His experience ranges in the
trades from electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general remodeling.
It was a natural transition into home inspection.
Tony is a member of the
International Code Council (ICC), who writes the building codes
which are then adopted by your local building departments. He also
has an extensive education in building construction & inspection. The combination of education along with
field experience and his knack for troubleshooting
defects makes Tony a well rounded, top-notch inspector. He has
personally performed over 6,000 inspections in the Southern
California area.

As of January 1,
2008, the California Building Code was updated by adopting the
2007 California Building Code, which is based on the 2006
International Building Code. Building codes, technology and
construction advances makes continuing education critical to staying
at top of the inspection industry. Tony regularly attends inspection
related classes and training seminars to keep up with these advances
and provide his clients with expert inspection service.

Chairperson of the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life
fundraising event in Arcadia. Relay for Life is a 24 hour
team event in which teams of volunteers take turns walking
around a track for 24 hours non-stop to raise funds for cancer
research, education, community programs and advocacy.
